Players preform a sequence of moves or tricks with a small round bag, usually without letting it touch the ground. The ending position of the bag after one move becomes the starting position of the next move. Tricks are created by combining different components or adds after catching or kicking the bag. Adds include things like leg dexterities, body movements, and delaying or catching the bag, along with additional adds for things like cross-body plays or using usual body surfaces.
